Why this matters. The current scenario.

Today’s global economy often thrives by exploiting the vulnerable. First-world societies may buy a €100 shirt manufactured for just €1 in Asia, with many participants in this value chain. Unfortunately, those at the beginning of this chain often suffer from poor living conditions, lacking access to healthcare, social protection, and labor rights. This process is not beneficiary nor sustainable for almost all people involved in this value chain.

Imagine a world where societies no longer need to rely on such exploitative practices. Instead, envision fair living conditions and high standards of living for everyone. Technological advancements play a pivotal role here, from sustainable energy solutions and resource management to the creation of equitable and sustainable communities.
