Luckily my portfolio of projects is colorful. Whereas my focus has been managing EU-funded projects in the recent past I’ve had the privilege to develop and implement many different projects. Here are some projects I’m presently active in:

CALMA-TEC noise barrier systems – Since late 2024, I have been supporting the family business, driving the innovative, sustainable noise-protection systems for road and railway infrastructure across Europe. My focus lies on business development, project management, and building licensing partnerships for long-term market success. www.calma-tec.com

Phy2Climate – A European R&D project exploring how phytoremediation (using plants to decontaminate polluted soils) can be combined with biofuel production for a circular, low-carbon economy. As work package leader for Economic Evaluation & Business Modelling, I contribute to turning scientific results into viable pathways for commercial and environmental impact. www.phy2climate.eu

Innoquality Systems – Partner and Director at an Irish company specialized in EU-funded education and development projects. We design and implement Erasmus+ and other EU-initiatives across Europe that empower individuals, build digital skills, and foster inclusion. My role includes concept development, funding acquisition, and impact-oriented project management. www.innoqualitysystems.com
